A Note about Puffabo:

Every Puffabo piece is sculpted, thrown, glazed, altered, and designed to be unique. Variations and signs of being handmade are to be expected. 

Care

Sculptures:  All items are sturdy yet still susceptible to breakage particularly if there are sculptural elements such as hands, spikes, eyes, etc. Handle spiky objects with open palms and place somewhere where they will not fall. We recommend setting your sculptures in on a safe, flat surface. Precautions like these are important to avoid accidents!

Functional ware: All pieces are dishwasher safe but hand washing is highly recommended. Items are not oven safe. Avoid pouring extremely hot liquids into a cold cup. Thermal shock can cause hairline cracks to form and can ruin your piece. We recommend rinsing your cup with warm water to prepare it for your piping hot coffee! Microwaving is not recommended for the same reason.

Theft & Lost Packages

Puffabo is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is in the possession of USPS. No exceptions. It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on tracking so you can be sure to bring it inside when it arrives. If your package is stolen from your doorstep you can file a claim using your tracking number via USPS.

Damages

Every item is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before leaving our studio. We do our best ensure all items are wrapped tightly and cushioned well so that they can arrive in the most pristine condition. If your piece arrives broken, snap a photo and send it to us at info@puffabo.com within 48 hours days of delivery and we'll work out a solution either to get it replaced or refund you. Please include a photo of the box it arrived in with all labels visible, and the broken piece. Puffabo is not responsible for damages to items while in your possession. Sometimes accidents happen and will work with you to make things right <3<3
